Hi! We’re looking for another female age 20-25 to come and live in our house with us. Our previous housemate is moving out and we need to fill the room. Payments each month come to £700 for rent then roughly an additional £150 for bills. About us: we’re two newly graduated professionals. I myself, Erin, studied Drama and Acting. Marlee studied Law and Criminology. We graduated in July and are now both working as waitresses. We love watching reality TV and listening to music and would love someone who enjoys those too so that they can join us! The room is a good size. It can come furnished with the furniture in the picture or unfurnished. It’s up to you! The price stays the same regardless. There is a driveway and very good, free parking on the street. The living room and kitchen will be shared areas. If you work from home we have a spare room which we are currently using as an office.
