Hi everyone! Myself and my lovely flatmates are renewing our contract and one girl is moving out. We are therefore looking for someone to take over the room. The room is a cozy, fully furnished, double bed. The room does not fit a desk, but the kitchen has plenty of space, so you are more than welcome to use it if working from home. The room is located upstairs and you would share the toilet with two other flatmates. The flat is located in Startford, E15. It's a 15/20 min walk to Startford station and just under 10 min walk to Maryland. There's a big Morrison a few mins away as well as a tesco and sainsburys 2 mins away. The rent is £800 per month. Bills are NOT included, but here's what we are paying each at the moment (approximately): £36 council tax £11.75 water £5 WiFi £20 electricity There is also space to park a car (E40 for a 3 month permit) on the street. Also, the deposit would have to be given to the flatmate who is leaving in order to replace her. We also split household expenses (cleaning products and toilet paper) (I buy everything from Lidl cheaply) and that comes out to around £5 each a month maximum. We are looking for a person in their 20s. You must be a professional for council tax reasons. We are all friends but respect each other's space, and we're tidy and clean. This would absolutely be your home just as much as ours, and as such we want someone who feels comfortable inviting their friends or partners over.
